We offer a suite of end-to-end sourcing services to assist our clients to procure innovative technologies.  Our procurement services are tailored to the clients specific needs and assist the client to focus on the technical and non-technical aspects of their request.  Once a technology is selected through a short-list process, we assist the client with implementation, change management, and post implementation assessments.

PROCUREMENT

STEP 1 - Requirements Development

Guide cross-fucntional team interaction to develop a requirements document to facilitate an efficient and tailored approach to the procurement and mangement buy-in processes.

  • Develop a preliminary requirement document frame based on Anchor understanding of stakeholders’ need
  • Set-up requirement call to discuss stakeholders needs and priorities
  • Support stakeholders to prioritize, de-conflict, and validate requirements
  • Ensure that all critical needs are re-drafted in the updated document requirements

STEP 2 - Vendor Sourcing and Management

Outreach and evaluate at least three best-of-breed vendors and manage all vendor interaction with Seprod:  demos, conference calls, pricing, and terms negotiations, etc

  • Reasearch and identify potential vendors for solutions required
  • Perform due diligence on suppliers and their products
  • Outreach to at least three vendors to obtain quotations
  • Coordinate and manage multiple product demo
  • Set-up and manage demo
  • Manage Q&A and follow-ups with
  • Negotiate to price
  • Support contract negotiations

STEP 3 - Business Case Development

Build premilinairy business case based on information gathered in the requirements document, understanding the alignment with the Seprod’s core growth and operational efficiency strategies, and tweak business case for budget sign-off.

  • Develop preliminary and final business case presentaton/report for approval by senior management
  • Coordinate any live product testing/demo
  • Product Testing and Implementation Management – Manage and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders associated with the implementation process to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate implementation with all stakeholder
  • Work with internal and external parties to ensure the security concerns and system and data integration are resolved
  • Support communication process pre- and during implementation

STEP 4 - Product Testing and Implementation Management

  • Manage and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders associated with the implementation process to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate any live product testing/demo
  • Coordinate implementation with all stakeholder
  • Work with internal and external parties to ensure the security concerns and system and data integration are resolved
  • Support communication process pre- and during implementation

STEP 5 - Product Testing and Implementation Management

Establish and execute post-implementation surveys and assessments to track and assess the impact of the pilot project.

  • Set-up and cooridinate training as is necessary
  • Develop a post-implementation survey
  • Field and resolve post-implementation issues
  • Administer surveys and interviews with teams to assess the success of the deployment

STEP 6 - Success Measurement

  • Team Anchor believes that continued monitoring of the implementation process through meetings and progress reports will ensure that the implementation timelines are being adhered to achieve goals. We use the PLOT model to plan, implement and track the success of the project.
