Build premilinairy business case based on information gathered in the requirements document, understanding the alignment with the Seprod’s core growth and operational efficiency strategies, and tweak business case for budget sign-off.
Establish and execute post-implementation surveys and assessments to track and assess the impact of the pilot project.
To continue to drive results, the implementation plan will specify exactly how your organization’s performances will be measured, how these measures will be reported, and what milestones are projected over the course of the implementation period focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
